I tried to call this branch, but it sent me to a call center where I sat on hold for 8 minutes. I needed to get something notarized for a closing, however we are not members there. Once I connected to the call center I explained to them that we are new to the area and haven't opened up an account with a local bank, but still needed to get something notarized. We were planning on joining there once we were together.nnThey called this branch and spoke to them while I was on the phone with them. They said we could come down and get it done, but were turned away at the window. Wasted not only my time, but also we almost missed a closing because of it.nnNow I will not join that bank. As a business owner I understand you do not run a charity and it's considered a member's benefit. However, there is something called Customer Service and you all dropped the ball big time. Luckily for your sake I will still close and I didn't lose the property.nnI will be joining a small bank that cares about it's members.
