Sunglass Hut

Shout out to Omar. He helped my girlfriend and I pick out sunglasses for me. Really appreciated his input and helping pull out ones that would look good for me. He had an amazing energy and was very personable. He made this experience truly unique. Sunglasses Hut has an amazing employee in him and hopefully they know it. Not many people left in customer service with his level of energy and being truly genuine. Thanks!

My mom went there to buy some sunglasses for Mother’s Day. There was a white man that was working there that kicked us out because he said that there was only suppose to be 5 people at a time, we understood and left until we saw that there was nobody. When we picked the glasses out he didn’t assist us and help us. We decided to leave and go to another store, when we passed by the store there were more than 5 people there. We will never be going there again because of that racist worker.

Store manager took great care of me. I needed to exchange glasses from almost 2 years ago. The specific glasses were not identical to mine that he had in store, so he found the exact pair in another state. Restored my faith in customer service, was not expecting exchange process to be so easy. Will buy my next pair from this location.

1st on line review ever and hopefully my last-bought a pair of sunglasses on Sunday during the tax free weekend- store manager indicated Saturday was tax free but Sunday wasn’t tax free- really?!? Wonder what the Arkansas Department of Revenue or the States Attorney General thinks about that? I return the sunglasses 30 days later in the same condition I bought them in and the associate indicated they have a scratch on the lenses- he was correct that when I held the sunglasses as a 25 degree angle in direct bright CFL white light you could see a scratch. He says order new lenses and then replace them and bring the new sunglasses in and I’ll replace them. I order the same pair of sunglasses on line for 80.00$ less, swap the brand new lenses and go back in- brand new lenses - like brand new no scratches - never worn. I return to the store and give the manager the sunglasses back and he cleans them and then there is a scratch that if you squirt just right and look at the sunglasses from a right angle at 230 in the afternoon during the third Saturday of the month of the last lunar esclipse you can see that wasn’t there before. I grabbed a pair of there sample sunglasses and there’s scratch on those , but hey who cares they won’t take back the sunglasses and the store manager and his manager just stand there vapidly looking at me and polish there 1000th pair of sunglasses for the day-nbuy local and dont do business with these deceitful people- DISHONEST - I left the sunglasses with the manager, so go grab a free pair of ray bans from the sunglasses hut as that 200$ and a sales quota apparently justify doing business deceitfully- keep your product and know I’ll make sure and let everyone I know about your poor business dealings.
