Evolve Physical Therapy

I had a very bad accident the end of April which required a lot of special care and specialized therapy. I was so blessed to have found Evolve Physical Therapy. The time, care and professionalism has been outstanding. I always feel like I am important to them and know that they are vested in my healing and improvements. The goals that I set on my first appointment have been met and exceeded. I just continue to get stronger, and the steps and care that they are providing are making a world of difference in my healing.

I have been going to evolve for almost 3 months now. I fractured my hip. When I started I could barely bend my knee and could not bare weight on my left leg and had to use a walker to get around. During this time of physical therapy Matt has created a wonderful plan for my recovery. I am now able to walk with the aid of a cane. I have many months ahead of recovery and have chosen Matt because of his great personality, professionalism, and ability to meet me where I am in my struggle. I look forward to my visits and am making great progress with each and every appointment.

Matt at Evolve Physical Therapy has been very helpful with my recovery for my recurring rib injury. Taking a holistic approach, we are working on the system (my back) and not just the symptoms (my ribs). Matt was willing to get me in right away early the next morning after I called. Far better than the 1 month wait I had last time with Providence. I am feeling quite better even though I have had to work on the deck at home. Matt also had recommendations for ergonomics of my desktop home work environment.

Evolve Physical Therapy is amazing. I was experiencing a lot of pain, swelling and lack of extension and mobility on my right leg due to being bone on bone on the medial side of my knee. So, I had a partial knee replacement and needed PT. In a short few months Evolve has helped me regain mobility, reduce swelling to almost none and increased my extension by 95%. Knee replacement is a trying journey but Evolve has helped me so that I can now ride my bike, swim, walk distances. I am back to walking without a limp and can do all of the things I love to do.nnThanks Evolve!

I highly recommend Evolve Physical Therapy. I’ve been working on my knee pain and vertigo recently and have seen a vast improvement. I know that it took some time to get to the point that my pain was so bad and it will take time for it to get better. I treat physical therapy as medication. If I don’t do the exercises I will not get better. You will not regret making an appointment at Evolve. They are very caring and will take great care of you.
