Absolutely hands-down the BEST doctor I have EVER had! Very caring about her patients. I never felt rushed during my appointment. I never write reviews but for her I absolutely had to make an exception just to tell you how much of an awesome doctor she is!

I've been a patient for almost 3 yrs. They get me in promptly and waiting time is minimal. They take the time to give me great care. I have no desire to go anywhere else. Wonderful staff as well.

Leanne is AWESOME!! However, I only give her a 3 star rating because it appears that since she went with Northwest Medical group the personal service has declined greatly. I called for an appointment 2 weeks ago today and never received a response. I then stopped by the office to make an appointment and it was closed for lunch (Understandable). Then I stopped by another day and the office was closed due to an injured employee (possibly Leanne). Last night I got online to try to message Leanne about the situation and instead found a way to make an appointment online. YAY!! This morning I was called and my appointment was cancelled. While explaining to the person that called me what had happened, I was interrupted and told there was an issue with an injured employee of the office. THIS IS NO EXCUSE FOR THE LACK OF A CALLBACK FROM THE PAST FEW WEEKS. After the interruption I was asked if I want to make an appointment for next week or not. It was then that I decided that I would no longer EVER trust my healthcare to any facility associated with Northwest Medical!

Got my DOT Physical done here, last year, and I had no issues. Very nice Dr and staff.
