Maddie Willyard has been helping me get some things lined out with my dads passing and I couldn’t ask for a better person to work with. She has taken a person interest in our situation and has gone above and beyond to make sure things are handled properly. On top of the personal touch, which is wonderful, it’s great to deal with someone who generally cares about the quality of work they do. A very rare person nowadays. Thank you very much Maddie.

Excellent experience with Washington County VSO. The staff that greets you upon entering is friendly and personable. My VSO Ryan Davis is phenomenal. He has gone above and beyond is explaining the process to me. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the what my options are and explains things in such a manner that is easily understood. After seeing how stressed out I was about my claim he even gave me his cell number to get in touch with him. There has not been a time yet when I have called him that he hasn't gotten back to me same day. More importantly to me, when Ryan says he is going to check on something and get back with me, he always follows through. If you are looking to file a claim or appeal, then I would encourage to call the Washington County VSO and ask for Ryan.

Maddie Willyard Has been with me from the beginning of dealing with the VA this year. I ran into a super big problem dealing with my benefits being terminated over misunderstandings and timing. So within a months time we got my benefits back!..can’t see anyone else being able to do that!!..but I reached out for help and she was the one who provided a helping hand and reached out to the VA and she would call me and update me on the process and was so kind every time I spoke to her! She really showed me that she cared and was willing to do what it took to get my benefits back on. So long story short we succeeded and it was all because of her hard work and during these covid19 times she was right there just a call away! I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a easy going,vibrant,enthusiastic VSO!
