Springdale WIC Clinic

I absolutely LOVE the ladies at the Springdale WIC office, all but one that it's. Her name is Brenda, she sits at one of the front desks and answers phones. She is the most hateful, horrid, disrespectful person I have ever had the displeasure of coming into contact with. I have had to call countless times ( and I know it's not personal bc most times I am asking a simple question that doesn't always require a name) and she is the most hurtful, hateful person ever. She speaks to you as of you're the dumbest person in the world ( real slow, short and snippy). I have PERSONALLY seen her snicker and roll her eyes at a helpless Mother as the poor Mom was waking away. My heart broke for her. Its already horribly difficult, and painfully embarrassing to some of us to have to ask for help feeding our children to begin with, but when we have to see/talk to a heartless, hurtful, snide woman who obviously feels she is just simply too good and incredibly superior to those of us who need to use government resources, its completely demoralizing and to be honest feels malicious and spiteful.nnPLEASE, PLEASE I BEG WHOterror. SUPERVISES THIS WOMAN BRENDA AT THE SPRINGDALE WIC OFFICE TO INVESTIGATE ALL THE COMPLAINTS IM POSITIVE THIS WOMAN HAS HAD FILED AGAINST HER. Please, help us to feel as safe and comfortable as we once we're before this woman started her rein of terror. It's not like we can just simply no longer do business there, we have to go there, we have to be subjected to her heartlessness. Thank you for your time, it was greatly appreciated.

These ladies in here are wonderful! They are always willing to help me with anything! It was very easy to transfer my Wic from another county!

They do not respect the time of the appointment they wait a lot and even if they do not attend much late it is a lack of respect 1:30 minutes late
