They seem to have more patients than they can adequately serve. It took 4 phone calls, one a week, to finally get results of my xray. The only phone call I received was the day after the xray, and that phone call was just to tell me that she'd call me when they got the results. The third phone call I made, i was told that the xray was still in the doctor's box. That was 3 weeks after I got the xray done. That's not service I'm willing to pay for.
