I had the unfortunate experience of meeting this doctor several years ago when I was pregnant with my second child. He was very rude, inconsiderate, and had absolutely no bed side manner whatsoever. He made my cry with his harshness and demeaning nature. I haven't forgotten my experience with this doctor and it has been 10 years. I decided to go to a whole different town further away to find a new urologist just so I did not have to encounter Kilambi again.

I was referred to Dr. Kilambi by an associate who had a robotic prostatectomy with excellent results. I had a previous urologist say I needed a prostatectomy by open surgery and a long recovery.nAfter a digital exam, CT scan, PSA test, and a biopsy Dr. Kilambi discussed my cancer options at length..It was decided to have a prostatectomy by the DaVinci robot. The surgery was difficult due to the large size of the prostrate and several internal adhesions making the surgery time extended.My hospital stay was only overnight and after a few weeks I was able to move well. There was no pain from the surgical sites and just normal discomfort from the removal.After three months there are no complications.nI found Dr. Kilambi to be easy to talk to. He is quick in his speech and stays focused on the subject in question, he does not partake in idle conversation, he is an excellent surgeon but not a therapist. I have had excellent communication with his physician's assistant and office staff. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Kilambi for anyone needing his skills.

Long wait time. After almost 1 hour and 45 mins...I asked to reschedule with another dr since the nurse said it will be another hour before we will be seen. Lol...the dr got mad and said we couldn't be seen in that clinic any more. Praise God. ...the doctor was so rude.
