I love my doctor at Northwest Endocrinology but the staff is terrible. I can’t get anyone to ever call me back or do anything. I waited 3 weeks for them to send back my approval for my dexcom supplies and that was after multiple attempts at contacting them for weeks. I still haven’t received my approval for OmniPod and they’ve been trying to get ahold of them for months. I don’t understand how hard it is to sign the papers and fax them back in a timely manner. These devices are literally my life. Frustrating is an understatement.
