Arkansas Oral and Facial Surgery Center

I have brought two of my kids to this location for surgeries and treatments. I paid $1,377 for a splint for my daughter 4 months ago, and she has only gotten to wear it about 5 weeks of that time. I’ve had to call them every week for the past two months about my daughter’s splint breaking. They take a message and never return my call. I requested a refund 11 days ago and no one has called about that either. Their poor communication is very frustrating!

Dr. Bolding and his staff are so wonderful! I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled last month. I had put them off for years and Dr. Bolding and his staff were so nice and calmed my nerves. The procedure went well and recovery was easy. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

About twenty four years ago I went to a young recently graduated dentist in Fayetteville Arkansas. She was very nice knowledgeable and caring. She did some work on my teeth and gave me some options for the other dental work I needed. One option was considering two implants. At the time implants were new and there were not that many dentist that could perform the surgical procedure.nI was very fortunate that I was referred to Dr. Scotty Bolding, a young Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon freshly out of residency. I found him knowledgeable, confident and competent. He installed two implants for me.nI moved out of Arkansas after a few years. However, during the past twenty four years I have had at least eight implants where few of them have failed. His two installed implants are the best I have had.nSome of the work that was done on my mouth was in Northern Virginia. It has been nothing but disappointment. I have spent thousands dollars of my retirement money and yet nothing to show for it. Actually, I need a total reconstruction of the work that has been done.nRecently, I went back to Fayetteville for business. It was so great to meet him again and express my appreciation of the work he had done. He proudly told me they have stablished the “Mayo Clinic of Dental” work in Arkansas referring to his practice. He also introduced me to Dr. Johnson a great personality and I am sure very capable as he is a team member of Dr. Bolding. I have indicated to them I am willing to travel to Arkansas for the reconstruction of my dental work as I am confident it will be worthy.

Our daughter had to have several teeth extracted (wisdom teeth) and Dr. Bolding took excellent care of our daughter during her time in surgery. His staff was excellent and he kept us informed throughout the process. Even after surgery he took the time to follow up that evening to see how she was doing which meant a great deal. Thank you for everything.
