A nice, clean bank. They were very polite and helped me set up an account and get some docs notarized
The customer service is nice but don’t deposit any money on a weekend, EVEN if they are open and you give it to a teller because it takes 42 hours apart from said SAT AND SUN and all of Monday before they will give you your money. How that equals 48 hours? Your guess is as good as mine.
Literally the slowest Arvest in all of Arkansas. Visit regularly and always here a good 10-20 minutes (or more) in drive through. 3 stars because the employees are always nice, at least!
Slowest training location. I get consistent slow, unprofessional service at this location 4 of 5 times and I'm trying to be generous. Only one other car in line tonight. 2 Tellers inside talking and laughing while 1 other helped the only other car. No greeting, only minimal acknowledgement.
Love this place. Their always incredibly considerate.
