I had a mix up with a car dealership where a check was cashed too soon as I had to transfer money from a separate account to my Regions checking account. I called 2 separate times to the branch on Joyce and both times, the representative worked with me and understood that this was not my fault. They waived both fees ($50 worth) and advised me on ensuring I did not write a second check until I was certain the first check was disposed of. Great customer service! And this is why I have stuck with Regions for almost 20 years.

If you use Auto-Pay for your credit card watch out, because if you owe nothing for 1 month, the next month when you do owe money the auto won’t recognize it, cause it will be stuck on the zero balance & then they will happily charge you A LATE FEE!!! And when you contavt them to let them know they WON’T BELIEVE YOU!! Just HORRIBLE!

Do not use this bank! It's by far the worst one I've ever used. They've held my check multiple times for weeks on end and I've been paid by the same company the whole time. If you do want some level of service do not approach the ugly red head that hates life in front. She has no sympathy and god bless it her hands are just tied in helping you get the money you've already earned. Now instead of being able to pay for the doctors appointment I desperately need that's definitely not going to happen because regions has once again held what I've earned. I wonder if my health deteriorates worse as a result of this I can sue?

This bank is one problem after the other. Their overdraft system is very slow so if you have multiple pending transactions they will be taken out of your account in a random order and you could wait days for these transactions to finalize, so when they actually do your account balance may not be what is actually available and might put you in the negative if you withdrew any more money- not including the $36 fee you will be charged for overdrafting. The atm has been shutdown several times where it’s not accessible at all as well as certain functions (make deposit) were not working with no information on when it would be working again. I just had to try the ATM everyday to see if it worked. An ATM is supposed to be 24/7 service for any accidents or incidents you can access your money at any time. And also you might want to know DO NOT leave your card in the ATM slot too long because if you do by accident the machine will take your card and guess what the bank is closed on Saturday and Sunday so now I do not have my card at all until the bank opens on Monday. This bank just piles up the minor inconveniences when I could be having an actual emergency and I will no longer be banking with them.

The bank states it closes at 5pm I got there at 4:58 and they put the closed sign up. I asked if they were closed and 3 girls just stared at me and one shook her head yes. Very frustrating. If it were after 5 then fine but they shouldn’t close or count down their drawers until after 5 pm.
