Jeanne has been my (Bebe’s) Grandmother’s banker/ banking agent for years and I opened up my first account there yesterday 6/22/20. She was very nice and professional.
I called this branch wanting Information regarding their Interest rates on car loans. Tina the loan officer at this branch was not helpful and proceeded to tell me multiple times to proceed with this loan at the car dealership. After telling her I did not want to do that she proceeded to say that I would have to put 15% down payment and assumed I did not have any money to put down then proceeded to tell me yet again to go through the car dealership to get the vehicle financed. This is not a helpful branch nor a helpful employee.
First Security Bank has always been there when we needed them. And they have helped us with so many things. Wouldn’t go any place else. And wouldn’t have anyone else besides Susan Mahan in charge of it all. Thank you! Thank you!
