Been with Tyler for 16 years, State Farm with 32. We have life, auto plus homeowner's insurances and have been pleased with the attention we have had from purchasing, renewing and filing claims. Tyler takes the time to discuss options as life changes to be sure we are insured as needed, this includes reducing or changing coverage when warranted. I have never before had an agent that follows up regularly once a policy has been sold, including the crazy-making event when the refrigerator flooded 2 floors of the house while we were gone or my brain-dead error of paying life insurance and using the wrong account number, Tyler and Melissa made sure things went smoothly.

Melissa is condescending and doesn't care about your business. She has a take it or leave it I don't care attitude...I've been with State Farm for 23 years and will be shopping around for a new insurance.
