Plantation Pest Management

HORRIBLE response time. I call and leave a message but never get return phone calls. I call again. And leave another message. Repeat, repeat, repeat.nnCrickets. Days go by. Weeks go by. It is completely ridiculous!nnTheir ability to follow through on a project is negative! No idea how they stay in business. I have never gotten a question answered when I called and I have never gotten a call back from them. EVER.nnI see other reviews here where people have been satisfied with their work. Personally, I'd rather work with people who can return a phone call. At least every once in a while!!nnThey are pleasant on the phone but NEVER CALL BACK!!

This company called me to schedule so called treatment that the seller of my house purchased. I request a copy of the contract on two different occasions and still have not recieved anything. At this point I am not sure I want this company any where near my house. It has been a week and I still have not received a copy of contract
