Update 11/16/20: they must've seen this. They just called to get me in!nnThis place doesn't return phone calls and never answers their phone. I still have vertigo which is affecting my ability to drive and do basic things. Dr Vaughn wanted me to call if I still had it in a week, which I did almost 2 weeks ago (left a voice message for his nurse). The doctor and nurse were very nice though.

Staff was friendly and appointments were run very efficiently. We did not have to wait long for an appointment and also did not have to wait long to be seen at time of appointment. They were also quick to keep us updated on tests results. They answered the phones and returned calls promptly, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, the doctor (Dr. Lollar) was very kind and respectful. Wonderful experience so far.

Doctor Vaughn is so wonderful with my 2 year old. He was calming and gentle and did a great job with her surgery and check ups. Would definitely recommend him and his staff.

I found the building to be very nice and accommodating inside and outside. I found the reception from the staff to be very professional and friendly. I found my audiologist to have a warm and very professional and knowledgeable demeanor to her. I recieved a thorough hearing examination and was pleased for being able to of been there. I felt very BLESSED as I left the appointment.nThank you!

Wait time was not long. Nice employee . Alreadt looked up insurance info amd knew whatbi had to pay before hand.
