You need to assess before you go. They will fax your paperwork to the office. And there's no tax collector. Had to stand outside for a little while but it went really fast

I had to wait outside for more than an hour while they took an “hour lunch break” and there was a line of more than 6 people while it’s 93 degrees outside. we’re still standing outside 17 minutes after they said they would open. just go to FAYETTEVILLE. don’t waste your time here. at least you’ll be waiting in ac

Speedy and Respectful. Only two people in the office at a time. Adhered to the Covid restrictions. I enjoyed my visit.

Just a FYI, the sign reflects that personnel will be back at 1:30. It is now after 2. Several people in line since 1. Regardless the virus, not staffing properly should be concern of officials. This is totally unacceptable but unfortunately some of us have no choice but to wait.
