Billing inconsistencies throughout the whole implant process. It was never clear what was my cost, Tiffany at the front desk would scribble charges in pencil on papers always confused and unprofessional. They really push the $400 plasma that isn’t covered by insurance, even after I said no the Dr was preparing to do it anyway, another miss by the front desk. In February early COVID employees were sick and coughing in office. I Wasn’t happy the girl was obviously sick working in my mouth.nToday was my implant day, the final cost provided to me in February went up $2000. I went from thinking I was paying $1700 that went up to $3700, saying they never know what insurance will pay. It shows 80% covered and now it’s out of pocket. It had nothing to do with insurance. It was the lack of preparation and clarity by the front office at DR Woods. I could not stomach paying an extra surprise $2k. So I asked for my records and will take my business elsewhere. Very frustrating to take the time off from work and plan for a implant, to find out billing still isn’t clear. The front office isn’t wearing masks or using protected shield for front desk.

Absolutely excellent facility. My 2 year old needed a tooth extraction that required him to be put to sleep. They did such a great job with him and his recovery was very quick. I had to have my wisdom teeth out and went to them and they were quick and I had no complications. Highly recommend for both young kids and adults alike!!
