Appt scheduled at 8:20a confirmed the Thursday before via text. Arrived early to respect their time, only to find out they wouldn’t even be there until 9:30a. After several phone calls to LR, I received a call from the administrator essentially saying it was my fault that I didn’t get any voicemails or calls to reschedule. There is definitely an issue with this department and their definition of quality work.

Unprofessional and rude people in customer service. Needs to be re-trained to be courteous to people, in person and during calls.
