Terminix Termite & Pest Control

Was not called the night before to verify appointment time and service needednI had ask for inside service when my husband would be home. The office called today to verify outside service visit. I refused outside service stating my request was for inside service no one had called the night before to verify and ask for district manager.

i will never use terminix again...i had to pay $1200 up front for my issue that i was having..and they GUARANTEED that it would be gone in 3 months...well guess what 4 months later and i still had the problem..i called them to have them come spray again and can you believe they actually had the nerve to tell me that they would have to check with their manager to see if they could spray again sinceit was past their 3 month guaranteed...well sadly to say i never heard back from them n they never came and sprayed...so here i am a mother of 5 kids..2 of them really young and im the only one working right now so i had to literally throw out basically all my furniture..so yea i will use ANYONE ELSE before terminix again...
