Mennonite looking Lady behind the counter needs alot more training. Couldn't find the correct info on my situation. Had to call my lawyer to call her to set her straight, then she magically found my info. Then quoted me the wrong amount owed, a clear $700 difference. After some rummaging around found the correct amount. She had to print out the reciept twice because she did it wrong in the first place. No wonder there's so much bad stigma with this place with all the under/poorly trained people.
