The staff is great and I've been going to Highland Family Dentistry for a couple of years and they are getting better as time goes on. I would definitely recommend for kids as well. My son and I have been going to Highland Family Dentistry for many years. We wouldn't want to go anywhere else. We have always been treated with kindness and respect. Couldn't ask for a better group of people. I recommend them highly. If you have young children they are definitely the place to go.

I been to many different dentist over the years, Before going to Highland Family Dentistry in November of 2019. I was going to a dentist in Salem which he also has an office in Batesville, I started having sharp pain on the left side of my mouth about 2 years back. So when I went in for my six month appointment, I complained about the pain, so they took x-rays and he couldn't find anything wrong and I kept complaining in different visits and still couldn't find nothing. So I went to my medical doctor about the issue and she took a look and she told me I need to go back to the dentist and I told her I think I will see another dentist for a second opinion and she agreed. So I called Highland Family Dentistry and made an appointment, after arriving to their office a sweet lady came out and took me to her room and look at me and took x-rays also did a full mouth x-ray in the hallway and cleaned my teeth, after she was done the dentist came in and took a look. They have found cavities and one bad tooth. So I came back in to see the dentist multiple times getting my teeth fixed and a tooth pulled. After they got done with me I am pain free. To this day I am still going in for checkup and teeth cleaning every six months. They really took care of me. I have found the right dentist for me that cares. Thank you Highland Family Dentistry for taking care of me and a great job you have done working on me.

My son 3 year old son Silas and I loved the friendly staff! The entire building was so clean & spotless which is something I was extremely grateful for during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The wait wasn’t long but the entire staff apologized in case we had to. By far the best dentist office around. I recommend them to everyone. So kind & grateful they all work together wonderfully to create such a warming environment for their patients! -Hope Ladd
