Today I called to schedule an appointment for my grandmother to have her foot looked at. Margarita, who answered the phone was short, rude and has a lack of customer service for someone who answers the phone on behalf of the doctor. I have read other reviews about the staff being rude, but I called anyway only to find out that the review was absolutely 100% true. She basically told us that they were too busy to see her, and for her just to go see her primary care doctor, even though she’s a diabetic and needs to see a foot doctor. If I could’ve given zero stars I would have! It’s a shame for your business to have people like margarita working for you!

Wonderful and friendly staff. Dr. Rockwood is very knowledgeable and friendly. Explains everything being done and puts people at ease.

Dr Rockwood is probably the best ankle specialist I have seen. He was kind and thorough and gave me recommendations with confidence. Staff was very helpful and felt like family.
