My wife and I cleaned up the house and was told by maintenance ( which was related to owner)nThat I'd ne eligible for my deposit. Nothing was damaged withe the exception of a blind. Quantum saw fit to take that. They dont care about you or your situation. They just want your money. Horrible people

Horrible management. They got offended when I wouldn't sign a lease with them. They kept looking for every reason to gripe about something. Tried to charge $500 for unclogging a drain. Then evicted me for it when I asked to see a invoice for the charges. Now they've stolen half my stuff in my house. How is this legal?

Leigh is amazing and the best company to be a renter under. She has always gone above and beyond with any issues that might pop up. Responds timely. I have been renting for almost 3 years now and love how well my family and I are taken care of.
