If you have ever thought about renting this place would be it!! Mrs Jennifer was amazing and made the entire process stress free. She responded in a timely manner and was very professional. I could not be more happy with the way the leasing process has gone and I can not wait to get moved in. Thank you so much!

I’ve been looking for an apartment for a while and came across this one with KCP. I dealt with Jennifer S. the entire time and had a lease signed within a couple of days. She was very helpful and responded almost immediately and made it a stress free agreement. Highly recommend using Jennifer and KCP to anyone.

I am moving to Arkansas from out of state for work. Anyone who has done this knows how stressful it can be, especially when trying to locate new housing from a distance. When I applied for a unit with KCP, I got the chance to work with Jennifer Smallwood and she has taken the stress out of the entire process for me. I feel like she cared about me and my situation, she didn't have to and I am a perfect stranger to her. For that, I couldn't be more grateful.nnEvery step of the way from beginning to end has been easy, with great and prompt customer service and communication. She hasn't even hesitated to jump to my requests, answer my many, many, spontaneous and random questions and put my mind at ease. I'm sure that I'm not the only person that she has to work with right now and for the level of service she's given me and apparently many others, she deserves a raise.

I have been very pleased with how attentive and quickly KCP accommodates to me as their tenant. My calls and emails are answered timely, my maintenance work orders are given immediate attention, and their receipts are provided via email, which makes my life tremendously easier. Jennifer has been extremely helpful and has been incredible in assisting me with all of my questions and concerns!
