They were willing to resize my silver ring, and for a very reasonable price. 4 stars because there is a small divot in the bottom of the ring where they resized it. It doesn't cause any problems with the ring, it's just a cosmetic annoyance. They have a great assortment of jewellery, definitely not something you see every day, and the staff was not judgemental.
