I have 3 bedrooms that the carpet was overdue for replacement. I chose Alford's for replacement. Everything went smoothly, from picking out the carpet all the way through installation. No high pressure sales pitch, good honest communication all the way through, and the installation crew was friendly and efficient. The rooms look fantastic. Highly recommend this business!

My experience with Alford's was wonderful from start to finish. The sales personnel were friendly, honest and helpful. Debbie measured my house for new flooring, and she was receptive of my questions, and honest with her opinions when asked. The young men who installed my beautiful vinyl flooring, Tony, Eddie and Rick, were awesome! They were prompt, friendly, and professional. They completed their work a day ahead of schedule! I am definitely pleased with the product and the work!
