We have two vehicles that we have been taking here for service for many years now. Every person that I have met at the Service Department through the years have been personable, yet professional. A big shout out to Josh Bennett! He makes sure we are taken care of and given the best value for our money. A big shout out to Mr. Jeff - the courtesy driver as well! He is so pleasant and lovely to have conversations with during the ride.
Usually great service, but apparently parts are a different story: ordered aftermarket parts for my Expedition and only part of the order came with what was actually needed to install the crossbars. Needed 12 bolts, came with eight and they decided it was OK to charge an additional $14 (after paying nearly 250 for the initial order) for 4 little bolts (that aren’t even matching in color nor quality as the included bolts). When they never mentioned in the three previous ordering phone calls that additional parts would be needed.nnSo either I'm stuck with an $80 bar that I can't use, or pay 14 more dollars to use it.nnAlso, I requested the manager of the parts department give me a call back, as his employee was the one who left out the details about additional parts needed... and he refused to talk with me.
I bought a 2020 Mustang Ecoboost Premium from Randall Ford yesterday. Cody Isaacs was my salesperson and did an excellent job working with me and getting my monthly payment to where I wanted it to be....and even better!! Shout out to Chris Davis too...the numbers man! Cody was very professional and never did I feel pressure to purchase at any point. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had...and I've purchased four vehicles before this. Thanks for welcoming me to the Randall Ford family!! Love my Mustang!!
Our experience in purchasing our vehicle at Randall Ford was pleasant! Dallas Nelke, our salesman, was very courteous and understanding and went above and beyond to make sure our purchase was smooth. He is not pushy and listens to all your needs. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Dallas!
Service Dept. gave me a solid and expedient help. We are moving from the south west to the east coast and broke down in Fort Smith, AK. Things could have been worse and would have had to stay the weekend. Got me fixed and on my way in half a day. Awesome job Randy (Service Advisor) and Bruce (Technician) for your help and expertise!
