Unfortunately, you can't really see your pick up order (brown bag taped closed) and I foolishly assumed that my Chicken Caesar salad would have chicken on it. I was wrong. The salad has 4 whole ingredients and they couldn't remember to put the chicken on it. I paid almost $11 for a bowl of lettuce.
I love Panera bread, however this is not the best I've been to. Maybe I've just had a string of bad experiences but it seems to me that the food quality is not what it should be and the customer service doesn't seem to be up to par either. Keep in mind I'm not saying the customer service was bad, it's just not what I would expect from a Panera bread.
We came in the store and waited a few minutes because they were taking care of prior customers. Not a bad start. We decided to go for seconds and their attention to customer dropped so much that we waited 7 minutes before they decided to take care of us. Mind you that they were doing other jobs and they kept looking at the register where we were waiting. Once they finished their current assignment, then they decided to help us. Bad customer care, bad communication to the customer. At least four employees noticed us waiting and neither one wanted to stop doing what they were doing.
Way less metal than i expected, but great scones. I sincerely wish this WERE Pantera bread... I'd love 5 minutes alone with most of the employees
Ok, but nothing special... I had a large salad with chicken that was about $10. The chicken was good, but the greens, etc were mediocre at best. Definitely not worth it.
