I came in to get a game and they were sold out. The staff offered to check and call the other stores for me. They had the other store reserve a copy for me. The clerk's were both very passionate about the products and were extremely helpful in finding what I was looking for.

I went in because the restaurant next door was really hot and it was hot outside. I had my son with me too. Mainly went in to cool off but the staff was so friendly i ended up leaving with a game. Good deals and friendly folks

Only giving 2 stars because of your ingenious idea to move out of the middle of the city and basically all the way out to the country... really really wish you were more centrally located being that most of our population lives in northern fort smith

I’ve been to dozens of GameStops across the country, and this is by far the best one around. The staff is always friendly and engaging. If they don’t have what I’m looking for, they’ll call around and see if anyone else has it.nDespite all the criticism from youtubers, it’s GameStops like this one that give me hope.
