I’ve had sprint for over 2 years now, this is my favorite store. I love to come to the Assistant Manager Meredith for all my questions and concerns. She’s always incredibly nice and helpful! She does as much as she can for everyone.
This is always my go-to location! Meredith & staff are always so helpful & knowledgeable. The store is always clean & well stocked as well. I would recommend this location to anyone a million times over!!
The Sprint/T-Mobile representatives are very helpful when it comes to my acct.. always willing to go the extra mile and get me the best deals possible
Staff, especially Edgar, was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient with me. They worked with me to find a solution to a problem I encountered with my cell phone, and they were happy to answer follow up questions as well. Over all, I am satisfied with my experience at this store.
We had a great experience initially but it went south quick. We did the clean slate program where Sprint pays up to $600 per line. When we turned in both of our phones, we ended up getting $420 for one and $58 for the other.. They were the same type of iPhone.. After countless calls with corporate and the store I was told they understood a mistake had been made but there was nothing they could do about it.. Now my family is short at lest $362 in paying AT&T back.
