Very friendly customer service. I had to exchange my bracelet for a different size and it was quick and easy. The person who helped me out also gave me her card if I have any questions or concerns. Will definitely go back!

Do Not Shop Here. The staff are so very RUDE. I was returning a charm that I received for Christmas and they wouldn't take it because it surpassed the 30 day return policy. When I went online, I found that they take Christmas returns until January 17. I went back to the store with the printed proof from their website, and they still didn't believe me until I pulled it up on my phone. Even then, it was a discussion about whether or not they would accept it. The return took 30 minutes, and it should have taken 5. RIDICULOUS! I love the jewelry but will not ever again shop at this location.

The girls here will help you willingly. I always picked to great gifts from here for special occasions for my family..the customer service here is great.
