Shane Co never disappoints!! From 4 years ago when my husband bought my engagement ring, to wedding bands, cleanings and upgrades, and everything in between. Tonight Melisa helped me upgrade my center stone and really took her time to make me comfortable, educated, and never pressured me to spend more money than I was comfortable with. The best customer service there is, hands (and rings) down. I will forever recommend this jeweler to as many people as I can. Thank you Shane Co!!

My husband and I got our wedding rings here and I wanted to say that their staff have been most helpful whenever we had questions in mind. We went back here twice simply because we needed our rings adjusted and they made sure it was done as soon as possible. Would definitely recommend this place if anyone is interested in purchasing rings here or jewelries in general.

Amazing place. Made me feel comfortable and confident while shopping. The first time one of the ladies spent at least 2 hours just helping me understand what to look for in a diamond and a setting. The next visit I bought the ring. I went on deployment and came back a year later wanting to exchange the ring. Even though I had the ring for over a year, they made an exception and let me exchange it. They weren't pushy at all. Im glad i went to Shane Co.
