Fast-Fix in the Washington Square Mall did a great job with my watch in replacing the battery, pressure testing it back to its factory levels, and offered a five-year service warranty for a great price. I’ve had this watch for nearly 15 years, and like it way too much to get rid of it. I’m happy to have it back in working condition. And they got the back light to work again as a plus.

I went in to get the battery of my Watch replaced. They were super professional, easy to talk to and the turn around time to fix my watch was super quick. I will definitely use their service in future and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Very friendly and professional! I was in a pinch to just get a new watch battery and had very little time. They were available and convenient but the pricing was very steep compared to the prices I have paid at other locations in the past. I believe in supporting small , local business so I agreed to the price but I won’t go back again unless I have no alternatives.

Today I needed to get a new battery for my watch. Fast-Fix definitely lives up to its name! I had a new battery, clean watch, and correct time in less than the 15 minutes I was quoted. Everyone was super friendly and I highly recommend their services!
