So, I was initially super pleased with the customer service, because they made an effort in store to order a different size for me through their online system...but now after trying to return what I bought, I realize that the sales associate purchased a gift card with my card to purchase the item I was going to order through the online system without telling me (definitely fraudulent), and now I can only get a gift card back. I was told to call customer service to *maybe* get a refund back to my credit card? And after I contacted customer service, they told me to go back to the store! So now I'm just being given a run around. I feel duped, and am just annoyed by my time being wasted. Just seems like the sales person was trying to ensure that he would be able to keep his commission. If you do decide to shop here, watch the sale associates very closely.

It has the cutest clothes and accessories! The displays always make me so happy whenever I see them/walk by them in the mall.

The Washington Square store is by far my favorite store! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I stop in whenever I’m at the mall and I’m always greeted by name with a smile. When I can’t get into the store I can call or send a text and as always I receive A1 service!

Well I only shop there for my wife and I get awsome customer service Everytime.. so thanks to everyone there but I will give a special shout out to a young lady there named Jennifer!

We purchased 23 Michael Kors bags in California. Unfortunately, they had 0 gift bags left in store. We had such a difficult time locating boxes or bags at any MK store in the Portland area. The stores were not willing to share the gift boxes as we did not purchase them at their location. The manager in store today, was nothing but kind and humble. He allowed us boxes and bags for our out of state purchase. I did not catch his name, but we wanted to say thanks again!
