COACH

At this store, it’s alright. Prices are hardly lower than normal, service is okay, but overall Coach is NOT a good place to get purses. My mom has had bad experiences. She ordered a purse she loved and 3 days after buying it, it said it was no longer available. A few weeks later she saw it back on the website and she ordered it and once again, her order was canceled. She then wrote a bad review, but a girl who worked there named “Taylor” unsubscribed her instead of responding to the bad review. Horrible.

I can’t speak highly enough of Curtis who helped me to customize two pieces. Although my purchase was not large, he still gave me excellent service as though it were. Very, very grateful for all of his help!

The workers here are very nice! They make me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I came here today to buy a bag I had my eye on for a while. Wasnt online and they had it here! Got it monogrammed and the man who does that is so good at it! This is my favorite place in the mall!
