Michael is a very rude employee. Acts like he knows what he is doing and asks for help from his other employees over and over. Even his fellow employees were getting tired of his questions. It was obvious.nA very slow minded man in a fast paced occupation. Does not need to be doing what he is doing. If you end up with this guy helping you good luck. Needs an attitude adjustment.
I had the rudest employee ever. He wouldn't allow me to ask a question and kept talking louder and louder so I couldn't finish my sentence. Then he said loudly that if he needed something from me he would ask for it and to stop talking. Never got my question answered. I am not a toddler and no one is going to talk to me like trash.When I asked for the supervisor's name he started trying to be nicer. Too little to late. What a miserable man.
Horrible!!!! Scheduled to Open at 7am daily! Got there about 710 am and it was a long line OUTSIDE WAITING IN THE RAIN!!!!! At 740am I called to see if the hours had maybe Changed due to Covid and was told NO! THEY ONLY CLEAN ON TUESDAYS! Today was Today! Why Not change time to OPEN ON TUESDAYS LATER SO PEOPLE WON'T STAND OUTSIDE WAITING!!! Most people take advantage of the EARLY TIME because they work 8-5 and after 5pm it's PACKED! Yesterday I was #58 and they were on #20 when I arrived! Office CLOSED AT #40! WTH! NEED BETTER ORGANIZATION AND THE KIOSK BACK IN THE OFFICE! KIOSK where very Helpful and kept the lone moving Faster in the Covid World We NOW LIVE IN!nnTAXPAYERS MONEY WASTED!!!! Just Saying! ud83dude1eud83dude1eud83dude1e
People who answer the phone are always rude and just hang up.
I have never had an experience like this before! I actually ENJOYED my time at this revenue office. Ben is absolutely amazing!!! So sweet and patient! Give him a raise and vacation! Thank u for my amazing experience!! So quick, helpful, & informative! ❤ufe0f
