Very peaceful from about 9:30 - 12:00, on the Sunday morning I was there. Lots of trails to explore that were very short and easy. Some, but not all, trails were great for running. One trail will lead to another so you can extend your walk but I wasn't always sure which trail I was on. I saw no need for real hiking shoes/boots.

It was a nice place to go back then but now there nothing much to see place has change alot

Very nice facility with lots of exhibits inside and out plus miles of trails near the lake with boating launch and covered fishing pier. Friendly and helpful staff with multiple learning events throughout the week.
