I've gone here twice to have the same ring fixed. The first time they forgot about me and didnt have my ring saudered for 2 weeks. I decided to try again thinking I would have better service. He said it would be done by wednesday or Thursday so I called Wednesday it wasn't done and he said call the nest day so I did. He said no it's not done. I told him I would just come and get it and take it somewhere else. He said fine I'll have to done by 4. He calls and he says your rings done and hangs up on me. When my husband went to pick it up he had told me and even written it down that it would be $20 then he changed the price to $30 and my husband called him out on that. We will never do business with them again!!
