Sebastian Interiors (Kolor Key)

I ordered blinds and shutters back in February of this year, it’s almost October and they won’t answer my calls and barely answer my emails. The only answer I get is they company is having a hard time cutting my shutters out. I have already paid down 1100$ I am very disappointed in the service I have received. My family has done business with this company for years I feel like I am being ripped off.

This is a very neat store with the most helpful people who would do anything to satisfy their customers.I would recommend going there if in need of blinds and shutters.And go to the store beside that also have some of the same people there if in need if paint and other things.And yes this is a family business.With the nicest people.And the most hard working people.

Super courteous staff. Superior follow-through with any issues in window treatment orders and servicing. Always know these professionals will do whatever it takes to fulfill the customer's request in both paint and window treatments.

One of the nicest things happened at kolor key today. When I went in to see about any latex mismatched paint, and after I told him that it was for the Boy Scouts cardboard boat races, they donated the gallons of paint that we needed. Now normally these gallons would be approximately 5 dollars for commercial grade paint or 7 dollars and 50 cents for premium paint. The fact that they just donated the paint rather than charging us to have them, speaks volumes about their integrity as a business.nHighly recommend that you use them, and the quality of their paint is the perfect. In addition, I plan on sending them copies of the photos of the race, and thank you letter for their service.
