FFO Home Corporate Headquarters

I bought a sectional 5 years ago. I was pressured into buying furniture insurance. When I told them I didn't want the insurance, the sales rep informed me after 5 years I would get my money back. I didn't think that sounded right but they were persistent I would get it back. 4 years later my couch has broke for the 5th time I go in to get replacement parts and ask them about my insurance money. The man now says it will be in the form of a store credit. That's not what you said but ok. Now, 5 years later I go to get my money back and now I have to buy something twice the price of my insurance money to get a store credit. They owe me 260, so i would have to spend almost 600 to get my credit. I explained this whole situation and the store manager informed me that sometimes people forget to tell you all of the information. I will never buy anything else from them and their furniture is cheap quality.

I bought a chair from them with warranty now I'm having trouble getting ahold of them to get some things fixed on it. I need some help. Does anyone know what the corporate office number is?

We are ,small startup delivery company not even a year old. We were contracted for deliveries and completed every delivery without customer complaint. FFO owes us for outstanding invoices, and they will not pay, respond back to emails or even answer phone calls. When payment wasn't received they used covid19 as an excuse, even though the invoices were outstanding before. We have contacted 6 different people and still haven't received payment.Get paid up front or don't expect to get paid at all. They are scam artists!!!!! Dont let them take advantage of you.

Bought a sectional and the material falling to pieces. Contacted store several times said they would take care of it but no results. Bought warranty plan but they denied my claim too. So i would buy from different place.

Bought furniture with extended warranty less than a year later they closed the doors. So since I got boned and no warranty do I get my extra money back?
