They're rude obnoxious an unhelpful I wouldnt rent from this place even on my desperateness day and I'm going to explain why I've been paying on a bed for over a year and it's still not mine. I've had to cancel two bank accounts because of them because once they get the card number they feel that they have permission to take money whenever you don't make a payment with or without your permission they will if you have a previous account with them go through your file to find previous Bank information or previous card information and run those cards to without your permission I've been battling this situation for four months now because I haven't paid in 28 days they're threatening me with theft because the last time they got a payment they took the incorrect amount out and charge the card that I told them not to and then I went to look at my child support card for my niece which is not in my name and they've been charging that or attempting to I went ever so far so they would stop calling me three or four times a day to putting them on a block list because I work and my voicemail tells you that I work Wednesday Thursday Friday and Saturday night and they will blow up my phone those specific days they have no shame they don't care I went in the store blown up at them three or four times Brandon Tim Jason none of them care Keisha their attitude is they're going to get their money one way or another and if that means stealing food from out of your mouth they will they don't care if you have a hard time they don't care if you're having problems they will tell you I will work with you they don't but let you get 3 days past your date on your account and they'll run you cards until they get their money and they'll go so far it's just running it at 1.00 amounts until they get whatever their prices that they can or until you have no money in your account whatsoever so I'm just filling people in as of September 17th 2020 how this business is really ran because evidently corporate doesn't know anything about it and they will cover up so they dont get in trouble or loss they jobs i think they all should be fired and don't get me started on the bed bugs in the roaches and you can walk into the business and see the roaches crawling across the walls and the countertops and the doors
