Traded in my truck from car-mart today for a 2013 Sonata. The whole team that worked on it were great! Brennan, Skyler, Rachel, the shop guys, and the ladies up front! I have enjoyed doing business with them and will continue to.
Stopped by today to begin the (what I thought would be) tedious process of finding a new car. Brennon asked me what my needs and wants were for a vehicle, and he pointed me to a great little car that is just what I need. Reasonable miles, great fuel economy, fantastic price, and cute to boot!! I'm very happy with my new car, and am very happy with my buying experience.
Brennon Hitter and Jake really went the extra mile to help us. Was super nervous about if we. Would afford a car and the helped get the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Will definitely us Car-Mart the next time I get a car.
Worst car experience I have ever had. The service manager William is a joke. I was taken advantage of because I am young and was sold a lemon, have had the car for six months, It has been in the shop multiple times a month every month. The service manager refuses to properly and correctly fix the problem the first time. He rather put bandages on them and hope for the best. I have had near death experiences twice with my son in the car with me. They refuse to be reasonable, they refuse to live up to their standards as a company. I will never purchase anything from them again nor ever recommend to any of my friends and family. This place is a joke.
Giving a shout out to Brennan and Jake here at Car-Mart. If you want a nice car with great customer service, this is the place to go. They took good care of me n I walked away with a new car.
