Had a great experience today buying a vehicle. Their customer service goes above and beyond expectations. Victor not only helped me find a vehicle that works for what I will be needing, but also helped me get a great deal. I brought my 2 young children with me of course to test drive and see how car seats would fit, and he personally carried and installed my seats (correctly!), helped my older son get safely buckled in, and found ways to entertain my children over the course of the few hours we were there doing paperwork, among other things. I got an amazing price on a 2019 van and I couldn't have asked for a better deal. Thank you Victor!

Sorry but no good.The salesman are nice. The service department, not so good.nThe salesman who sold us a new 2020 Odyssey was very nice. He is helpful and energetic. When I discovered a problem with the steering on my new Odyssey, he recommended to the service department to take care of us. 150mi.nI have been driving Odysseys for years and this is the first one to drift and have play in the steering wheel.nThat's where it fell apart. We have been back twice. Once for an alignment which did not fix the problem and once for a THREE HOUR service and the Service Manager denies there is anything wrong.nI don't understand. Automobile warranty?The car drifts from right to left and needs constant correcting and they refuse to help us. What Now?

Have had and continue to have issues with the service department. I have brought my car in for multiple times for a recall and have yet to receive service. The first time (after the service department called me to make the appointment) I brought my vehicle in to get fixed and after getting back to work received a call notifying me that they had not ordered the part and was basically blamed for them not having it as I did not tell them to order it. Again, they called me to make the appointment and dropped the ball. After they received the part I made yet another appointment and dropped my car off at the designated time we agreed on. After getting back to work I received a call from the service technician notifying me that they could not complete the service due to the amount of gas in my tank. They could have notified me while I was at the dealership or before making the appointment but again I was made to feel as though it was my fault for not adhering to instructions that had not been given to me. I am very displeased as I am going to have to leave work yet again in order to get my vehicle fixed. All of this could have been avoided with proper communication and attention to detail on the service department side.

Victor is beyond amazing!!! He helped me pick out the perfect vehicle for my family and I.nEveryone was super nice while I was there. The receptionist is very sweet and good to talk to to while you wait.nThank you guys so much!!!!nI love my car.
