I went here for drive-up COVID testing. Staff were warm, courteous and helpful. They were able to bill my insurance and I ended up just with a co-pay so the visit was cheaper than I had anticipated. Also they were able to see me straight away with an appointment which was welcome because there was a 4 hour wait at the drive-up test site managed by my usual provider. The swab process was easy and painless (just a little way inside each nostril, not all the way at the back like you see on the news). There’s a lack of good information online about the best way to get tested quickly but based on my experience I recommend Zoom. They start with a quick video consultation and then tell you if they recommend testing.

Every experience I have had here has been positive. The providers want to make certain that you are educated and allow you to make informed decisions about your health care.nI recently had an event which required hospital stay and they sent me with a packet to the ER of test results which minimized my time in the hospital. They have just been fantastic partners in my health.

Only one person was in the waiting room at a time due to ZOOM+Care's instructions to wait outside until 5 minutes prior to appointments.nChristopher Riehl was friendly and prompt, and I felt safe in his care and the care of the staff overall.
