I thought your reply to my negative review was very shallow. I was informed by the Russellville office to call Little Rock. From there I had to leave message for the tech to call me back and a week goes by-no call. Unfortunately employees don't take their jobs seriously any more, so this is our culture now. And there are other pest control services.
