Steven came out on our Heatilator gas fireplace. He adjusted and cleaned the pilot assembly, cleaned the glass on both sides and put embers where there were none. He was friendly, efficient and professional. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will definitely use next time we have an issue.

No one LIKES for their nice garage door they bought a few months ago to come down hard and bust a door panel. However, that happened last week on a door that Royal Overhead Door installed at my home. I called, and was pleased to get a repair done courteously, quickly and UNDER WARRANTY! The service professional who visited and handled the repair said a small mistake was made in installation and the follow-up repairs are free of charge to me. It's not IF something goes wrong, it's when in this world - and I love a company that is honest and stands behind their work. If you need a garage door or a garage door repair, I highly recommend this awesome local business.

I own a property preservation business and have ordered 4 doors with this company in the last 6 months. 3 out of 4 times my order was lost and no one knew what was going on. I had to hunt down people and doors after being assured my order would be pulled and be ready for pick up. I received the run around on 3 out of 4 orders. This is an extremely unprofessional company. I do not suggest giving them your business.

Royal did a superb job repairing our broken garage door. The tech arrived on the time promised and their was no big time window. Their team is super knowledgeable, immediately and immediately took action when I contacted them. Very happy I didn't have to wait for a future date to get the repair. They recommended by friend of mine who lives down the street from me. I've since recommended them to others.

They have a full staff but only 1 person (Tommy) makes the appointments and knows what's going on around there. I was supposed to be the technicians first stop around 8:30am. No one showed. I kept calling until I finally got an answer around 9:15am. I was placed into Tommy's voice mail and I called back to let the lady know that Tommy did not answer. She asked if I got his voicemail and I said yes. Well, did you leave a message? I said yes. Well you have to wait on him to call you back because he could be somewhere in the warehouse or talking to a customer and I'm not going to interrupt him. Can you give me some type of update, No, only Tommy can. Finally left the house and went to work. I received a call from the technician at 10:16 that he was on his way and he had car trouble. Couldn't someone that's paid staff tell me that? This has been over 24 hours since the incident and I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM TOMMY. I have used them for a few things, the technicians are great but the customer service at the office will frustrate you! I need to find me a new company that cares about my business.
