I just want to say when Jason and Matthew came to our door last week it was at the perfect timing. My parents had used them when I was seven years old at our old house. When my dad asked another window company if Hanke Brothers were still in business and the rep from the other window company flat out said “NO.” Low and behold Hanke knocked on our door two days later. What are the chances. Kim Hanke came by and introduced himself and my dad could only remember saying; I remember your commercials on every few minutes. They are the kindest and friendliest sells reps we have ever met. They are in no way pushy like other salesmen and today we met his son in law Mike who has given us an incredible deal on nine windows, gutters you never ever have to clean again and siding. We are “DEFINITELY” going to use Hanke. They have the utmost respect for their clients and they take the time to listen and answer any and all questions. Thank you, Kim, Jason, Matthew, and Mike. It’s hard to find honest hard working companies like Hanke. We appreciate your hospitality.

Bought Windows they are very poor quality

Hanke Brothers replaced my windows and three sliding doors a little over a year ago. I love the products HOWEVER, there is a flaw. We were having problems with two of the sliding doors that started within one week of putting them in. I am revising my post from several months ago because I was able to finally reach Jake at Hanke who was absolutely incredible in getting my doors fixed. I love Love LOVE the windows and doors so I was very disappointed in what I thought was bad customer service. Jake got everything working for me, follow up phone call and all so I put full faith in this company for the future.

The only reason I gave Hanke Brothers 1 star is that when I tried to give them none it would not let me post my complaint. They sided my home in 2010. I have documentation of the full, lifetime warranty that I insisted on. We have serious issues with the siding up to and including the fact that it is separating in places. I have been trying since April 5, 2017 to get those issues resolved. At their request I have sent them pictures. They have answered the phone every time I've called (at least 6), and always assured me someone would get back to me. That happened one time, in the middle of a work day, wanting to know if I was home AT THAT MOMENT so they could come by. I told that person I would be happy to meet them the next day. He never returned my call, and that is the only time ANYONE ever returned my call. I would not recommend Hanke Brothers to my worst enemy. They will tell you anything to get the job, but they do not stand by their work or their word.

Hanke Brother's put in an excellent new obstruction free shower so that my elderly mother in law can even roll in a wheelchair. Obstruction free. My only complaint would be that below where they attached one of the hand rails, they left a hole. It looks as though they started a screw hole and then decided it was lower than needed. The hole goes into the drywall, so I had to put some adhesive (the new kind that hardens by the blue light) to keep the water from entering the drywall. It is below where they connected the handrail, so it is not immediately visible. Not real happy about it, but understand they would not want to lose $$ by putting up a different panel. Also, where the sides connect to the pan is turning a black. No matter how, or what I used, it won't come off. I was told by their man to tear all the sealant off and redo the sealant. Seems to me they did not get it placed on correctly because it can't be cleaned off. The more I try, the sealant comes off but still does not let the black come off. Hanke Brother's put in a beautifully functioning system that we wanted for my elderly mother in law, but leaving a (hidden) hole that allows water into the drywall and not even telling us was a bit unsatisfactory. Also, the seat for her that can be raised up out of the way hits the hand bar cover and after 3 times lifting the seat it put a hole in the seat material. Bad measuring I guess. They should not hit. Sealant to the rescue again. I am having to be a repairman for a brand new system they installed. Happy with the shower, but upset at the mistakes made and not addressed before they left it up to us to find and repair. I did wonder if there was something next to her seat that she could have done to make the hole, but soap and shampoo could not do that and make it resemble an incomplete screw hole mistake. I guess I just got lucky finding the hole in her seat due to placing the hand rail a bit to low, but any higher and everyone would have seen the hole left in the shower wall. Lots of money for non correct work. But as I stated, the rest of the shower is fantastic. I could only say 3 1/2 stars for that work when they had to have known those mistakes. I am NOT ripping out that sealant as they told me to since it was their job to place it correctly the first time. If that is a problem that occurs due to normal use, then I will say I am sorry for that complaint, but the hole left in the wall that they kinda hid is totally not acceptable.
