I have lived here for only 9 months and when I signed my 1 year lease my lot rent was $350 a month, which is over $50 a month more than the previous resident. Also I have spoken with many others and they are paying less because they have been here longer. I today get a letter saying my lot rent is going to $360 a month in March, which is still within my 1st year lease. How is this fair? Other than that, the park is quiet and has nice residents.

Current resident for 3 years and lot payments have risen nearly $100 during that time. As a single income household, it’s very difficult to live here. My monthly payment for my mortgage and my lot rent are now $960 (mortgage is $650 and lot rent increased to $310 officially starting March 1, 2019)... a payment comparable to nicer traditional homes with land in the area. I don’t feel I’m getting any return on my investment for choosing to live here nor am I able to save any money because my smaller house payment really means nothing if my rent keeps going up. I still have to maintain my own yard, the outside of the home, etc. Seems like the only thing my lot rent gets me is trash pickup (which often is sporadic) and the benefit of living behind a gate.

Overall, one of the nicer trailer parks in the area. Very clean. Gated. Well kept.
