Jeff at FX Pros was outstanding. Always available, on time, and went above and beyond during our build. Was present for several hours in freezing weather during a build planning session even though his role that day was limited. He showed considerable dedication and patience in planning our audio system.
I am extremely pleased with the quality of work Jeff and FX Pros provided on my theater room project. Jeff Jenkins is the proprietor of FX Pros. After searching online to find who might be able to help with updating an old home audio system, I called Jeff based on the Google reviews alone. He made an appointment and showed up as scheduled. He discussed my setup and gave me the options. He provided a detailed written estimate, and he worked with me to accommodate my specific needs. He did not try to up-sell or oversell me on anything; he just gave me options. When it was time to install, he was here on time. He and his assistant worked diligently to finish the job. After the job was finished, he instructed me and answered my questions. One small issue arose, and he made a point to come back the very next morning to attend to the issue. It's seemingly difficult these days to find dedicated, conscientious people who are willing to work professionally to get the job done. Jeff Jenkins is one of those people. I highly recommend him. If the route you've taken doesn't include a call to FX Pros, you've taken a wrong turn.
When we built our home, we met with 3 companies for home theater and music system. We were so impressed with FX Pros. Two years later we are still convinced we made the right choice! Customer service is the best!
